LED Performers in Horncastle: what to know

Horncastle sits in Lincolnshire, 47 miles north-east of Nottingham. Whether your event is in a hotel, a marquee or your own garden, we plan LED performers around the space, the timings and the guests.

Bookings from Spilsby, North Kesteven and Louth and the rest of Lincolnshire are just as easy. Travel for LED performers is included in your quote, so the price you see is the price you pay.

One thing we always check for events in Horncastle: plan for darkness. LED looks best in a dim room, so plan it after dinner.

What are LED performers?

LED performers wear costumes and props lit with LEDs, so they glow in a dark room. Options include LED nutcrackers, illuminated champagne tables and glowing stilt and dance costumes.

They are at their best after dinner when the lights go down, and they look incredible in photos and video.

Do venues around Horncastle have rules for performers?

Many hotels and country houses have rules on ceiling rigging, fire, access times and changing space. Tell us your venue when you enquire and we will check everything before we confirm.

How much do LED performers cost in Horncastle?

There is no fixed price. Every event is different. Prices depend on the acts, the number of performers, timings, travel and location, so we quote each booking individually. Travel is part of the quote, and Horncastle is 47 miles north-east of Nottingham. Send us your date and venue for free, no-obligation options.

As early as you can. Friday and Saturday dates in December and the summer months go first, often months ahead. Short notice is sometimes possible, so it is always worth asking.

Yes. We agree access, changing space, timings and any venue rules before the day, and work to your run of show.
