What most hosts value is what happens on the night. We can visit your home or venue beforehand, introduce production suppliers for staging, sound and lighting, and send someone to manage the performers so nobody rings you about parking, timings or where to change. You get to be a guest at your own party.

    You receive a written confirmation, and so do the performers, so everyone works from the same timings and details.

FAQs

Private Parties: your questions

Can you perform at our home?

Yes. Many of our acts work well in houses, gardens and marquees. We will ask about access, floor surface, ceiling height and a private space for performers to change.

Are your acts suitable for children?

Many are. Walkabout characters, jugglers, magicians, face painters and circus acts all go down well with families. Tell us the age range and we will suggest acts to match.

What do performers need from us?

Usually a safe, level performance area, somewhere warm and private to change, and a named contact on the day. Specific needs, such as ceiling height for aerial work, are set out in your confirmation.

Can the acts follow our theme?

Yes. Most performers have several costume options, and we can have bespoke costumes made when a theme calls for it.

Do we need to arrange sound and staging?

Some acts are fully self-contained and bring what they need. Others need a PA, a stage or a rigging point. We will tell you which, and can introduce production suppliers.

Can you manage acts we booked elsewhere?

Yes. Our on-the-night management can include artist liaison for headliners, bands or DJs you have booked directly.

Do you cover outdoor parties?

Yes, with sensible planning: covered changing areas, a wet weather plan and acts suited to grass or uneven ground. Some props need a level surface or staging.
