What is in a Parisian cabaret package?

A Parisian cabaret night brings the colour and cheek of the old French music halls: can-can dancers, cabaret singers, French hostesses and plenty of champagne.

It suits Christmas parties, gala dinners and milestone birthdays, and it scales easily. Start with a can-can show and add hostesses, a giant glass act or a cabaret set as the budget allows.

Where it works best

  • The welcome

    French hostesses to welcome guests

  • The reception

    Champagne walkers during the reception

  • Through the evening

    A cabaret set between courses

  • The headline moment

A can-can finale to launch the dancing

Tips from our team

  1. 1

    Theme the drinks

Ask the venue for a French 75 or kir royale to match the performers.

  2. 2

    End on the can-can

A can-can finale straight into the first DJ track is the easiest way to fill a dance floor.

  3. 3

    Christmas in Paris

Combine the Parisian theme with festive styling for a Christmas party that feels different from the usual.

Frequently asked questions

Do venues around Totnes have rules for performers?

Many hotels and country houses have rules on ceiling rigging, fire, access times and changing space. Tell us your venue when you enquire and we will check everything before we confirm.

How much do Parisian cabaret themed entertainment cost in Totnes?

There is no fixed price. Every event is different. Prices depend on the acts, the number of performers, timings, travel and location, so we quote each booking individually. Travel is part of the quote, and Totnes is 77 miles south of Cardiff. Send us your date and venue for free, no-obligation options.

Which postcodes around Totnes do you cover?

All of TQ6, TQ9 and TQ11, including South Hams, Stoke Gabriel, Dartington, Blackawton, Dartmouth and Stoke Fleming, plus the rest of Devon and nearby Torquay, Kingsbridge, Ivybridge and Bovey Tracey.

Is a cabaret show suitable for a corporate audience?

Yes. We pitch every cabaret set to the audience and brief the performers on your company, so it stays glamorous and fun without crossing any lines.

How long is a can-can show?

Most can-can shows run as one or two short, high-energy sets. We plan the timings around your running order.

How far ahead should we book?

As early as you can. Friday and Saturday dates in December and the summer months go first, often months ahead. Short notice is sometimes possible, so it is always worth asking.

Can the performers match our theme or brand colours?

Usually, yes. Tell us your theme, colours or brand guidelines and we will suggest the costumes and acts that fit best.

Do you work with our venue and event team?

Yes. We agree access, changing space, timings and any venue rules before the day, and work to your run of show.

Still have questions?

Tell us about your event and we'll come back with options.
