Booking ballerinas for a Tring event

Within reach of Tring there are 3 estates, 2 manor houses and 1 country house on our list, including 3 that can take 400 guests or more. Tell us which one you've booked and we'll suggest how ballerinas fit the room.

Bookings from Chesham, Aylesbury and Dunstable and the rest of Bedfordshire are just as easy. Travel for ballerinas is included in your quote, so the price you see is the price you pay.

One thing we always check for events in Tring: give them a suitable floor. Pointe work needs a smooth, clean, non-slip floor. Carpet and grass limit what a dancer can do.

What can a ballerina add to an event?

Event ballerinas are classically trained dancers who bring calm, elegant movement to a room. They can perform short ballet pieces, move slowly through the crowd en pointe, or pose and dance on a small plinth like a figure from a music box.

Costume options include classic tutus, frosted winter looks, mirrored costumes and clockwork-style ballerinas with a turning key. They suit drinks receptions, winter wonderland and Christmas themes, weddings and launches for beauty and fashion brands.

Where it works best

Christmas parties
A Nutcracker feel for the festive season.
Weddings
An elegant moment between ceremony and dinner.
Fashion and beauty launches
Poise and polish for a premium brand.
Drinks receptions
Graceful movement while guests mingle.
Winter wonderland
Frosted tutus and icy looks.
Music-box moments
A ballerina turning on a plinth as guests pass.

Tips from our team

1
Plan the music
Ballet pieces need their own track. We agree the cue with your DJ or AV team.
2
Use a plinth for impact
A raised plinth lifts the ballerina above the crowd and makes a natural photo spot.
3
Give them a suitable floor
Pointe work needs a smooth, clean, non-slip floor. Carpet and grass limit what a dancer can do.

Frequently asked questions

Which venues near Tring can host a large event?

On our list, Pendley Manor (up to 600 guests), Hunton Park Hotel (up to 500 guests) and Luton Hoo (up to 400 guests) can take 400 or more guests. Tell us your venue and numbers and we will plan ballerinas around the space.

Do venues around Tring have rules for performers?

Many hotels and country houses have rules on ceiling rigging, fire, access times and changing space. Tell us your venue when you enquire and we will check everything before we confirm.

How much do ballerinas cost in Tring?

There is no fixed price. Every event is different. Prices depend on the acts, the number of performers, timings, travel and location, so we quote each booking individually. Travel is part of the quote, and Tring is 30 miles north-west of central London. Send us your date and venue for free, no-obligation options.

Which postcodes around Tring do you cover?

All of HP23, including Dacorum, Wigginton, Wilstone and Marsworth, plus the rest of Bedfordshire and nearby Chesham, Aylesbury, Dunstable and Leighton Buzzard.

Can ballerinas perform on carpet?

They can do gentle walkabout and posing, but full ballet pieces need a smooth hard floor or a small dance board.

How long do ballerinas perform for?

Usually in sets with short breaks, as pointe work is demanding. We plan the sets around your timings.

Can a ballerina be styled to our theme?

Yes. Winter, festive, mirrored and garden looks are all popular. Tell us your theme and colours.

How far ahead should we book?

As early as you can. Friday and Saturday dates in December and the summer months go first, often months ahead. Short notice is sometimes possible, so it is always worth asking.

Can the performers match our theme or brand colours?

Usually, yes. Tell us your theme, colours or brand guidelines and we will suggest the costumes and acts that fit best.

Do you work with our venue and event team?

Yes. We agree access, changing space, timings and any venue rules before the day, and work to your run of show.

Still have questions?

Tell us about your event and we'll come back with options.
