Saxophonists in Hereford: what to know

Hereford sits in Herefordshire, 39 miles north of Bristol. Whether your event is in a hotel, a marquee or your own garden, we plan saxophonists around the space, the timings and the guests.

Bookings from Ross-on-Wye, Y Gelli Gandryll and Monmouth and the rest of Herefordshire are just as easy. Travel for saxophonists is included in your quote, so the price you see is the price you pay.

One thing we always check for events in Hereford: brief the dj. A sax over the DJ works best when they share the set list in advance.

Frequently asked questions

Do venues around Hereford have rules for performers?

Many hotels and country houses have rules on ceiling rigging, fire, access times and changing space. Tell us your venue when you enquire and we will check everything before we confirm.

How much do saxophonists cost in Hereford?

There is no fixed price. Every event is different. Prices depend on the acts, the number of performers, timings, travel and location, so we quote each booking individually. Travel is part of the quote, and Hereford is 39 miles north of Bristol. Send us your date and venue for free, no-obligation options.

Which postcodes around Hereford do you cover?

All of HR1, HR2 and HR4, including Clehonger, Kingstone, Ewyas Harold, Bartestree, Sutton St Nicholas and Fownhope, plus the rest of Herefordshire and nearby Ross-on-Wye, Y Gelli Gandryll, Monmouth and Ledbury.

Can the saxophonist play with our DJ?

Yes. Sax with DJ is one of the most popular combinations for parties and weddings.

How far ahead should we book?

As early as you can. Friday and Saturday dates in December and the summer months go first, often months ahead. Short notice is sometimes possible, so it is always worth asking.

Can the performers match our theme or brand colours?

Usually, yes. Tell us your theme, colours or brand guidelines and we will suggest the costumes and acts that fit best.

Do you work with our venue and event team?

Yes. We agree access, changing space, timings and any venue rules before the day, and work to your run of show.

Still have questions?

Tell us about your event and we'll come back with options.
