Planning aerial performers in North Berwick

North Berwick sits in Edinburgh, 19 miles east of Edinburgh. Whether your event is in a hotel, a marquee or your own garden, we plan aerial performers around the space, the timings and the guests.

Bookings from Haddington, Dunbar and Anstruther and the rest of Edinburgh are just as easy. Travel for aerial performers is included in your quote, so the price you see is the price you pay.

One thing we always check for events in North Berwick: tell us the ceiling height. Freestanding rigs need height and a clear footprint. We check the space first.

What is an aerial performer?

Aerial performers are acrobats who perform in the air on equipment like hoops, silks or a lollipop rig. Their routines combine strength, flexibility and choreography, and they are one of the most impressive acts you can book.

Freestanding rigs, such as an aerial lollipop or balloon rig, need no ceiling rigging points, which means aerial can work in far more venues than people expect, indoors and out.

Tips from our team

1
Tell us the ceiling height
Freestanding rigs need height and a clear footprint. We check the space first.
2
Plan the lighting
A spotlight on the rig turns a good act into a showstopper.
3
Rigging points need sign-off
If you want to rig from the ceiling, the venue must confirm rated points. We liaise with them.

Frequently asked questions

Do venues around North Berwick have rules for performers?

Many hotels and country houses have rules on ceiling rigging, fire, access times and changing space. Tell us your venue when you enquire and we will check everything before we confirm.

How much do aerial performers cost in North Berwick?

There is no fixed price. Every event is different. Prices depend on the acts, the number of performers, timings, travel and location, so we quote each booking individually. Travel is part of the quote, and North Berwick is 19 miles east of Edinburgh. Send us your date and venue for free, no-obligation options.

Which postcodes around North Berwick do you cover?

All of EH31, EH39 and EH40, including East Lothian, Dirleton, Gullane and East Linton, plus the rest of Edinburgh and nearby Haddington, Dunbar, Anstruther and Humbie.

Do aerial acts need rigging points?

Not always. Freestanding rigs work in most venues with enough height. If your venue has rated rigging points, those can be used instead.

Can aerial perform outdoors?

Often, yes, on level ground and in suitable weather. We agree a plan B with the venue.

How far ahead should we book?

As early as you can. Friday and Saturday dates in December and the summer months go first, often months ahead. Short notice is sometimes possible, so it is always worth asking.

Can the performers match our theme or brand colours?

Usually, yes. Tell us your theme, colours or brand guidelines and we will suggest the costumes and acts that fit best.

Do you work with our venue and event team?

Yes. We agree access, changing space, timings and any venue rules before the day, and work to your run of show.

Still have questions?

Tell us about your event and we'll come back with options.
