What is an aerial performer?

Aerial performers are acrobats who perform in the air on equipment like hoops, silks or a lollipop rig. Their routines combine strength, flexibility and choreography, and they are one of the most impressive acts you can book.

Freestanding rigs, such as an aerial lollipop or balloon rig, need no ceiling rigging points, which means aerial can work in far more venues than people expect, indoors and out.

Tips from our team

1
Rigging points need sign-off
If you want to rig from the ceiling, the venue must confirm rated points. We liaise with them.
2
Tell us the ceiling height
Freestanding rigs need height and a clear footprint. We check the space first.
3
Plan the lighting
A spotlight on the rig turns a good act into a showstopper.

On our list, AESSEAL New York Stadium – Rotherham F.C (up to 600 guests) can take 400 or more guests. Tell us your venue and numbers and we will plan aerial performers around the space.
