Kirkwall venues and LED performers

Kirkwall sits in North Scotland, 209 miles north of Edinburgh. Whether your event is in a hotel, a marquee or your own garden, we plan LED performers around the space, the timings and the guests.

Bookings from Stromness, Thurso and Wick and the rest of North Scotland are just as easy. Travel for LED performers is included in your quote, so the price you see is the price you pay.

One thing we always check for events in Kirkwall: plan for darkness. LED looks best in a dim room, so plan it after dinner.

Do venues around Kirkwall have rules for performers?

Many hotels and country houses have rules on ceiling rigging, fire, access times and changing space. Tell us your venue when you enquire and we will check everything before we confirm.

How much do LED performers cost in Kirkwall?

There is no fixed price. Every event is different. Prices depend on the acts, the number of performers, timings, travel and location, so we quote each booking individually. Travel is part of the quote, and Kirkwall is 209 miles north of Edinburgh. Send us your date and venue for free, no-obligation options.

All of KW15 and KW17, including Orkney Islands, Finstown, St Margaret's Hope, St Mary's and Dounby, plus the rest of North Scotland and nearby Stromness, Thurso, Wick and Lybster.

As early as you can. Friday and Saturday dates in December and the summer months go first, often months ahead. Short notice is sometimes possible, so it is always worth asking.

Yes. We agree access, changing space, timings and any venue rules before the day, and work to your run of show.
