What do promo models and brand ambassadors do?

Promo models and brand ambassadors represent your brand at events, launches, trade shows and retail activations. They greet visitors, hand out samples and information, scan leads and keep the energy up on a stand or in a venue.

They are briefed on your product and key messages before the day and wear your branded uniform or a themed costume. Some double as hosts, human tables or models for photo shoots and catwalk moments.

Frequently asked questions

Do venues around Kirkwall have rules for performers?

Many hotels and country houses have rules on ceiling rigging, fire, access times and changing space. Tell us your venue when you enquire and we will check everything before we confirm.

How much do promo models and brand ambassadors cost in Kirkwall?

There is no fixed price. Every event is different. Prices depend on the acts, the number of performers, timings, travel and location, so we quote each booking individually. Travel is part of the quote, and Kirkwall is 209 miles north of Edinburgh. Send us your date and venue for free, no-obligation options.

Which postcodes around Kirkwall do you cover?

All of KW15 and KW17, including Orkney Islands, Finstown, St Margaret's Hope, St Mary's and Dounby, plus the rest of North Scotland and nearby Stromness, Thurso, Wick and Lybster.

Will the team know our product?

Yes, with a briefing. Send us your key messages and we pass them on before the day.

Can they wear our uniform?

Yes. Supply branded clothing, or we can suggest a themed costume instead.

Can we book them for several days?

Yes. Trade shows and campaigns often run over several days. Tell us the dates and hours.

How far ahead should we book?

As early as you can. Friday and Saturday dates in December and the summer months go first, often months ahead. Short notice is sometimes possible, so it is always worth asking.

Can the performers match our theme or brand colours?

Usually, yes. Tell us your theme, colours or brand guidelines and we will suggest the costumes and acts that fit best.

Do you work with our venue and event team?

Yes. We agree access, changing space, timings and any venue rules before the day, and work to your run of show.

Still have questions?

Tell us about your event and we'll come back with options.
