What do promo models and brand ambassadors do?

Promo models and brand ambassadors represent your brand at events, launches, trade shows and retail activations. They greet visitors, hand out samples and information, scan leads and keep the energy up on a stand or in a venue.

They are briefed on your product and key messages before the day and wear your branded uniform or a themed costume. Some double as hosts, human tables or models for photo shoots and catwalk moments.

Where it works best

  • Trade shows

    Drawing people onto your stand.

  • Product launches

Welcoming guests and sharing key messages.

  • Retail activations

    In-store staff for a campaign.

  • Venue openings

A polished welcome at the door.

  • Sampling

Handing out products in venues and stores.

  • Photo shoots

Models for campaigns and event content.

    Supply the uniform early

If you want branded clothing, send sizes and items ahead of the day.

  2. 2

    Brief them properly

A short product briefing and key messages help ambassadors talk with confidence.

  3. 3

    Agree the goal

Leads, samples or footfall. Tell us what success looks like and we brief the team on it.

Many hotels and country houses have rules on ceiling rigging, fire, access times and changing space. Tell us your venue when you enquire and we will check everything before we confirm.

How much do promo models and brand ambassadors cost in Feltham?

There is no fixed price. Every event is different. Prices depend on the acts, the number of performers, timings, travel and location, so we quote each booking individually. All of TW6, TW13 and TW14, including West Bedfont, plus the rest of West London and nearby Hounslow, Hayes, Staines and Twickenham.

Yes. Trade shows and campaigns often run over several days. Tell us the dates and hours.
