What do promo models and brand ambassadors do?

Promo models and brand ambassadors represent your brand at events, launches, trade shows and retail activations. They greet visitors, hand out samples and information, scan leads and keep the energy up on a stand or in a venue.

They are briefed on your product and key messages before the day and wear your branded uniform or a themed costume. Some double as hosts, human tables or models for photo shoots and catwalk moments.

How much do promo models and brand ambassadors cost in Y Gelli Gandryll?

There is no fixed price. Every event is different. Prices depend on the acts, the number of performers, timings, travel and location, so we quote each booking individually. All of HR3, including Eardisley, Clyro and Llanigon, plus the rest of Herefordshire and nearby Kington, Llanfair-ym-Muallt, Hereford and Aberhonddu.

Yes. Supply branded clothing, or we can suggest a themed costume instead.

Can we book them for several days?

Yes. Trade shows and campaigns often run over several days. Tell us the dates and hours.

How far ahead should we book?

As early as you can. Friday and Saturday dates in December and the summer months go first, often months ahead. Short notice is sometimes possible, so it is always worth asking.

Usually, yes. Tell us your theme, colours or brand guidelines and we will suggest the costumes and acts that fit best.

Do you work with our venue and event team?

Yes. We agree access, changing space, timings and any venue rules before the day, and work to your run of show.
