What is a tribute act?

A tribute act is a professional singer who performs the songs of a famous artist, often with a similar look and sound. It is a guaranteed singalong.

A tribute is always presented as a tribute. It is never the real artist, and we make that clear in every listing and quote.

Where it works best

Weddings
A surprise for the evening guests.
Birthdays
The favourite artist of the birthday guest.
Christmas parties
A singalong headline act.
Corporate parties
A crowd-pleaser after dinner.
Festivals
Stage-ready sets.
Charity nights
A big draw for ticket sales.

Tips from our team

Tribute sets work best as a planned moment, not background.
2

Choose an artist your whole audience knows.

Frequently asked questions

Do venues around Forres have rules for performers?

Many hotels and country houses have rules on ceiling rigging, fire, access times and changing space. Tell us your venue when you enquire and we will check everything before we confirm.

How much do tribute acts cost in Forres?

There is no fixed price. Every event is different. Prices depend on the acts, the number of performers, timings, travel and location, so we quote each booking individually. Travel is part of the quote, and Forres is 116 miles north of Edinburgh. Send us your date and venue for free, no-obligation options.

Which postcodes around Forres do you cover?

All of IV36, including Kinloss, Moray, Findhorn and Mundole, plus the rest of North Scotland and nearby Nairn, Elgin, Rothes and Fochabers.

Which tribute acts can we book?

How far ahead should we book?

As early as you can. Friday and Saturday dates in December and the summer months go first, often months ahead. Short notice is sometimes possible, so it is always worth asking.

Can the performers match our theme or brand colours?

Usually, yes. Tell us your theme, colours or brand guidelines and we will suggest the costumes and acts that fit best.

Do you work with our venue and event team?

Yes. We agree access, changing space, timings and any venue rules before the day, and work to your run of show.

Still have questions?
